The short version
LastMile is beta software. You were invited personally. We work hard to keep it reliable, but it is provided as-is, and we may change, pause, or end the service at any time. Use it, tell us what breaks, and don't rely on it as your only system of record yet.
Your account
Accounts are invite-only. You're responsible for what happens under your login and for the accuracy of the data you upload — addresses, routes, driver names, and related operational information.
Your data
Your operational data is yours. We store and process it only to run the service for you. See the Privacy Policy for the details.
Acceptable use
Don't break the service, don't upload data you have no right to use, and don't use LastMile for anything unlawful. We can suspend access to protect the service or other users.
No warranty, limited liability
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, EveryMile AI, LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is capped at the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim — which during this beta is zero dollars.
Changes
We may update these terms as the product grows. If we make a material change, we'll say so in the app before it takes effect. Continuing to use LastMile after that means you accept the updated terms.
