What we collect
Account information — your name and email address, provided when you accept an invitation and sign in (authentication is handled by Clerk, optionally with your Google account).
Operational data — the addresses, routes, stops, and driver names you or your organization enter into LastMile.
Location — only when a driver actively shares it from the app while working a route. LastMile does not track your location in the background, and we never will without telling you first.
How we use it
Only to run the service: verifying addresses, optimizing and dispatching routes, showing progress to your organization. We do not sell your data, and we do not use it for advertising.
Who processes it
LastMile runs on a small set of service providers, each handling only what it needs to: Clerk (sign-in), Supabase (database), Google Places and Maps (address verification), Mapbox (maps and routing), and Vercel (hosting).
Your organization's role
If you use LastMile through an organization, that organization controls its operational data and decides who has access. Its administrators can see the activity of the accounts they invite.
Retention and deletion
We keep data while your account is active. To correct or delete your information — or to ask anything about your data — reply to your invitation email or reach us through the app and we'll take care of it.
Changes
If this policy changes in a way that matters, we'll say so in the app before it takes effect.
